Whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce or tamari, sriracha, and minced garlic in a small bowl.

Season salmon fillets with ¼ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, and smoked paprika evenly on all sides.

Toss halved Brussels sprouts with 1 teaspoon olive oil, remaining ¼ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon black pepper until well coated.

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Place Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even crispiness.

Brush salmon fillets with half of the maple glaze. Push Brussels sprouts to the sides of the basket and position salmon fillets in the center.

Cook everything together in the air fryer for 8 to 10 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and Brussels sprouts are tender.

Brush remaining glaze over salmon fillets just before serving.
