17 - 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
18 - 1/2 cup garlic aioli or burger sauce

# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Combine ground beef, caramelized onions, chopped pickles, 1 cup grated cheddar cheese, mustard, crushed garlic, pickle juice, salt, fish sauce, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly to distribute seasoning evenly.
02 - Place a heaping tablespoon of the beef mixture onto each mini tortilla and spread evenly to the edges using the back of a spoon. Top each with two bacon halves.
03 - Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over high heat. Place each taco topping-side down in the pan and press firmly with a spatula to 'smash' the mixture onto the tortilla.
