In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, sweet relish, vinegar, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Stir until smooth and refrigerate until ready to use.

Cook frozen crinkle cut fries in an air fryer or oven following package instructions until golden and crispy. Set aside.

If using ground beef, shape into four equal patties. Skip this step if using pre-formed patties.

Heat a griddle or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add butter and chopped onions, cooking until soft. Place patties on the griddle.

Press patties flat using a burger smasher or spatula. Spread yellow mustard on each and season with hamburger seasoning.

Cook until crust develops, then flip and cook through. Once done, chop into bite-sized pieces.

Lay out tortillas and spread sauce in the center. Add crispy fries, 1 slice of cheese, chopped burger, grilled onions, another slice of cheese, and additional sauce.

Roll each burrito tightly, tucking in sides. Place seam-side down on a griddle and cook over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
