01 -
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
02 -
Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into individual triangles along the perforations.
03 -
Spread about 1 tablespoon of marinara or pizza sauce on each dough triangle, leaving edges clear to prevent overflow.
04 -
Sprinkle approximately 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce, then place 4 to 5 slices of pepperoni on top.
05 -
Sprinkle a pinch of Italian seasoning over pepperoni. Starting from the wide end, carefully roll each triangle towards the narrow end to form roll-ups.
06 -
Place roll-ups seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush the tops evenly with melted butter.
07 -
Generously sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over each roll-up for added flavor.
08 -
Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes until roll-ups are golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
09 -
Remove from oven and cool for a few minutes before serving warm, optionally with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
