# The Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Proteins & Pasta

01 - 8 oz fettuccine or spaghetti
02 - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
03 - 4 slices of bacon, diced

→ Creamy Sauce

04 - 2 large eggs
05 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
06 - 1/2 cup heavy cream

→ Oil & Seasonings

07 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
10 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Topping

11 - Additional Parmesan cheese, for garnish
12 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add fettuccine and cook until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before draining.
02 - In a skillet, cook diced bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon pieces and leave fat in pan.
03 - Add olive oil to bacon fat and cook chicken strips for 5-7 minutes until browned. Season with salt and ground black pepper, then set aside.
04 - Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet for 1 minute. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, Parmesan, heavy cream, and black pepper.
05 - Remove skillet from heat. Add cooked pasta and quickly stir in egg mixture. Mix in bacon, chicken, and reserved pasta water gradually to achieve desired sauce consistency. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Reserve pasta water to adjust sauce consistency as needed.
02 - Remove skillet from heat before adding egg mixture to prevent scrambling.
03 - Use leftover or pre-cooked chicken for a faster preparation.
