# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Pat shrimp dry with a paper towel and season evenly with 1/2 tsp each of salt and black pepper.
02 - Heat 2 Tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp in a single layer and cook for 3 minutes. Flip and cook for 1 additional minute until shrimp are firm and opaque. Transfer to a plate.
03 - Reduce heat to medium. Add remaining 1 Tbsp oil, shallots, and red bell pepper. Cook 3–4 minutes until softened. Add garlic, tomato paste, and red pepper flakes; cook 2–3 minutes until aromatic.
04 - Pour in broth to deglaze skillet. Simmer for 5 minutes, reducing liquid by half. Stir in paprika and spinach; cook 1–2 minutes until wilted.
05 - Stir in heavy cream and lemon juice. Season with remaining 1/2 tsp sea salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
06 - Return shrimp to the skillet and spoon sauce over top. Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with rice, orzo, or crusty bread.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Add fresh lemon juice after reheating to brighten the flavor of leftovers.
