13 - 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and cubed
14 - 1/2 cup warm milk
15 - 1/4 cup butter

# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Boil cubed potatoes in salted water for 15 minutes until fork-tender. Drain and mash with butter and warm milk until smooth. Season with salt and cover to keep warm.
