04 - 1 lb cherry tomatoes
05 - 3 cloves garlic, chopped
06 - 1 pinch red pepper flakes
07 - 1/2 cup chicken broth (or white wine or dashi)
08 - 2 tbsp lemon juice
09 - 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
10 - 1 tbsp basil, chopped

# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil and melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season cod with salt and pepper, then sear for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove cod and set aside.
