Pour 1 tablespoon of chocolate sauce into the bottom of each glass. Using a frother, dip into the chocolate sauce and pulse while moving upward to create evenly spaced chocolate lines approximately one inch apart inside the glass. Place decorated glasses in the freezer to set while preparing the mixture.

Combine remaining 3 tablespoons chocolate sauce, vodka, Kahlúa, Irish cream, vanilla ice cream, and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Divide the blended mixture evenly between the chilled glasses. Optionally top with whipped cream, a cherry, and chocolate shavings. Serve immediately to preserve texture and chill.
