01 -
Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly coat with cooking spray.
02 -
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and diced onions until beef is browned and onions are soft, about 8–10 minutes. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Drain excess grease and cool slightly.
03 -
Once beef mixture has cooled for a few minutes, stir in shredded cheddar cheese until evenly combined, preventing premature melting.
04 -
Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into 8 individual triangles.
05 -
Spoon a heaping tablespoon of beef and cheese filling onto the wide end of each triangle. Roll from wide end to point to encase the filling and place seam-side down on prepared baking sheet.
06 -
Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush generously over the tops of all rollups for flavor and golden color.
07 -
Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and dough is cooked through. Optionally, sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnish.
08 -
Serve rollups warm with preferred dipping sauces such as ketchup or ranch dressing.
