Combine ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, jalapeños, and onions. Gently mix and form into oversized patties to compensate for shrinkage. Create a shallow dimple in the center of each patty.

Place patties in the refrigerator to chill while preparing other components.

In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and sriracha. Adjust heat level to taste and set aside.
