Add toasted almonds to the sugar mixture and stir frequently to evenly coat. Continue cooking until the mixture thickens and crystallizes, about 8 to 10 minutes.

Keep stirring as the sugar melts again, forming a shiny glaze over the almonds. Ensure all almonds are well coated.

Transfer the coated almonds onto parchment paper, separate them to prevent clumping, and allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
