# The Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Dough and Base

01 - 1 loaf frozen white bread dough, thawed
02 - 1/3 cup mayonnaise
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 2 tablespoons butter, divided

→ Filling

05 - 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
06 - 1/2 cup diced onion
07 - 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
08 - Sliced deli roast beef, enough to cover dough
09 - 6 slices provolone cheese

→ Topping

10 - 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
11 - 1/8 teaspoon sesame seeds
12 - 1/8 teaspoon dried parsley

# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Allow frozen bread dough to thaw and rise according to package instructions until fully proofed.
02 - Dice bell pepper and onion; slice mushrooms. Sauté in 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat until soft and lightly caramelized.
03 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment or apply cooking spray.
04 - Roll out risen dough on floured surface into a 12x18 inch rectangle, keeping the thickness even.
05 - Combine mayonnaise and garlic powder in a small bowl. Spread evenly over dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
06 - Add roast beef slices over the spread, followed by sautéed vegetables, then top with provolone slices.
07 - Roll dough from the long side into a log, tucking and sealing edges. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
08 - Brush stromboli with remaining melted butter. Sprinkle with garlic salt, sesame seeds, and dried parsley. Bake 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
09 - Let stromboli rest 5 minutes after baking. Slice with a serrated knife and serve warm.

# Extra Tips:

01 - You can substitute ribeye or sirloin for deli beef, and use different cheeses like American or Cheez Whiz.
02 - Prepare ahead and refrigerate unbaked stromboli; extend bake time slightly when ready to cook.
03 - Customize with your choice of vegetables to suit personal taste or dietary needs.
