Allow frozen bread dough to thaw and rise according to package instructions until fully proofed.

Dice bell pepper and onion; slice mushrooms. Sauté in 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat until soft and lightly caramelized.

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment or apply cooking spray.

Roll out risen dough on floured surface into a 12x18 inch rectangle, keeping the thickness even.

Combine mayonnaise and garlic powder in a small bowl. Spread evenly over dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border.

Add roast beef slices over the spread, followed by sautéed vegetables, then top with provolone slices.

Roll dough from the long side into a log, tucking and sealing edges. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
