Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until fully browned. Drain any excess grease.

Add the softened cream cheese to the sausage and stir until melted and fully incorporated. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.

Stir the shredded cheddar cheese into the sausage mixture until well blended.

Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into individual triangles.

Spoon the sausage mixture onto the wide end of each triangle. Roll up from the wide end and place seam side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Brush each roll with melted butter and sprinkle lightly with garlic powder.

Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked.

Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired before serving.
