Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque. Add crab meat, season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes, cook 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a bowl, blend ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, 1/2 cup Parmesan, heavy cream, and chopped parsley until smooth and incorporated.

Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Place a layer of noodles, then spread one-third of the cheese mixture, followed by one-third of the seafood. Drizzle with Alfredo sauce. Repeat twice more, finishing with noodles and Alfredo sauce on top.

Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top layer, then add breadcrumbs. Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Allow to rest 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with extra parsley if desired.
