# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
02 - Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque. Add crab meat, season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes, cook 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
