In a large bowl, mix the strawberry cake mix, melted butter, and egg until a smooth, vibrant pink dough forms.

Fold the softened cream cheese gently into the dough until fully combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Using a tablespoon, scoop the chilled dough and roll into balls. For added sweetness, roll each ball in powdered sugar or pink granulated sugar.
