01 - 3 slices sandwich bread (whole grain or sourdough)

→ Spread

02 - 1 tbsp vegan butter, softened
03 - 3 tbsp vegan mayonnaise

→ Filling

04 - 1 cup lettuce, crisp
05 - 4 slices fresh tomato
06 - 1 pinch salt
07 - 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
08 - 2-3 slices vegan bacon
09 - 1-2 slices vegan cheddar cheese
10 - 3 slices vegan chicken or turkey or 1/4 cup vegan chicken pieces

# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Toast all bread slices until golden brown, approximately 3 to 4 minutes.
02 - Spread vegan butter thinly on one side of two slices. Apply vegan mayonnaise on the opposite side of one buttered slice and also on one side of the last slice.
