Toast all bread slices until golden brown, approximately 3 to 4 minutes.

Spread vegan butter thinly on one side of two slices. Apply vegan mayonnaise on the opposite side of one buttered slice and also on one side of the last slice.

Place the first buttered slice butter-side up, then layer lettuce and tomato slices. Season with salt and black pepper.

Top with the second slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.

Layer vegan bacon slices on the buttered side, followed by vegan cheddar cheese and vegan chicken or turkey pieces.

Finish with the last slice of bread, mayonnaise side down. Secure all layers with toothpicks.

Cut sandwich diagonally into triangles and serve with a side of chips or fries.
