Wet the rim of the serving glass with lime juice and dip it into shredded coconut. Set aside to dry.

Wash and dry a sprig of rosemary and select 5-8 fresh cranberries for garnish.

Pour lime juice, cream of coconut, Cointreau, tequila, and optional vanilla vodka into a cocktail shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice, seal tightly, and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Fill the prepared glass with fresh ice and strain the cocktail into the glass.

Add cranberries and gently tap the rosemary sprig before placing it in the glass for aroma and decoration.
