Place tortillas on a microwave-safe plate. Cover with a damp paper towel and microwave for 20 to 25 seconds until pliable.

Spread mayo and ketchup over each tortilla. Add 4 pickle slices, 1 cheese slice, and 1/2 cup cooked beef to the center.

Fold each tortilla burrito-style, tucking in sides. Brush tops with melted butter.

Preheat air fryer to 380°F. Place wraps inside and cook for 5 minutes until crispy and golden. Optional: brush with more butter.
