# The Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Filling

01 - 1 ½ cups shredded cooked rotisserie chicken
02 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
03 - 4 oz can diced green chiles, drained
04 - 1 oz taco seasoning
05 - 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend

→ Wraps

06 - 4 large flour tortillas (8 or 10 inch)

→ Toppings (optional)

07 - Pico de Gallo
08 - Sour cream
09 - Lime wedges

# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Spray the air fryer basket generously with nonstick olive oil cooking spray to prevent sticking.
02 - In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix shredded rotisserie chicken, softened cream cheese, diced green chiles, and taco seasoning until evenly combined.
03 - Spread one-quarter of the chicken mixture onto the center of a flour tortilla. Sprinkle ½ cup shredded Mexican cheese adjacent to the filling. Fold one side of the tortilla over the filling, tuck in the edges, and roll tightly to enclose, forming a burrito shape. Repeat for remaining tortillas and filling.
04 - Place two chimichangas in the air fryer basket. Generously spray the tops with nonstick cooking spray or brush with melted butter to encourage browning and crispiness.
05 - Air fry at 400°F for 8 to 9 minutes, flipping halfway through and reapplying cooking spray to the tops to ensure even crisping and golden color.
06 - Serve immediately with desired toppings such as pico de gallo, sour cream, and lime wedges.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Toppings are not included in nutritional calculations. The recipe can be doubled easily. Rotisserie chicken can be substituted with any cooked chicken. Chimichangas can be frozen for later use.
