Combine warm water and active dry yeast in a small bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.

In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese, sugar, and salt. Gradually add the activated yeast mixture and flour, stirring until incorporated.

Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes until smooth. Alternatively, knead using a stand mixer with a dough hook.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Punch down the dough, shape it into a loaf, and place it in the prepared pan. Let it rise for 30 minutes.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown and hollow-sounding when tapped. Internal temperature should reach 190°F.
