01 - 2 packages (2 lb) Garlic Parsley Microwave Ready Little Potatoes

02 - 2 tablespoons salted butter
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

04 - 2 teaspoons minced garlic
05 - ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
06 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)

# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Spray a 5-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
02 - Open both packages of potatoes, reserving the garlic parsley seasoning packets. Slice each potato in half and place in the slow cooker.
03 - Add salted butter and olive oil over the potatoes. Sprinkle the reserved garlic parsley seasoning packets evenly across the potatoes.
04 - Add minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and dried parsley if using. Gently stir to combine all ingredients.
05 - Cover and cook on low heat for 4 to 5 hours, or until potatoes are fork tender.

01 - If unavailable, use 2 lb small baby potatoes and create a seasoning blend with ½ tsp each dried garlic, oregano, basil, dill, parsley, plus salt and pepper to taste.
