07 - 2 tbsp honey
08 - 1 tbsp olive oil
09 - 1 tbsp stone ground mustard
10 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
11 - 0.5 tsp creole seasoning

12 - 24 oz beef kielbasa, cut into 2-inch pieces

# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F. Spray a large sheet tray with cooking spray and set aside.
02 - Place the potatoes and broccoli on the sheet tray. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with creole seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss to evenly coat.
03 - In a large bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, stone ground mustard, minced garlic, and creole seasoning until well combined.
04 - Add the kielbasa pieces to the bowl and toss until fully coated in the glaze.
05 - Push the vegetables to one side of the sheet tray and place the kielbasa pieces on the other side. Pour any remaining glaze over the kielbasa.
