Preheat the oven to 400°F. Spray a large sheet tray with cooking spray and set aside.

Place the potatoes and broccoli on the sheet tray. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with creole seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss to evenly coat.

In a large bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, stone ground mustard, minced garlic, and creole seasoning until well combined.

Add the kielbasa pieces to the bowl and toss until fully coated in the glaze.

Push the vegetables to one side of the sheet tray and place the kielbasa pieces on the other side. Pour any remaining glaze over the kielbasa.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, tossing the vegetables every 10 minutes, until the kielbasa is charred and the potatoes are tender. Serve immediately.
