Prepare the angel hair pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the frozen SeaPak Shrimp Scampi in a large saucepan following package directions. Once cooked, transfer shrimp to a covered bowl and keep warm.

In the same skillet with remaining butter, sauté the diced onions over medium heat for 2 minutes until softened.

Add minced garlic, chicken broth, heavy cream, and shredded Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Stir continuously until cheese melts and sauce thickens. Season with a pinch of red pepper flakes to taste.

Toss the cooked pasta with the cheese sauce. Gently fold in the drained diced tomatoes and cooked shrimp. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
