Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Open the can of biscuits and separate each piece. Flatten slightly with your hands, place a cube of mozzarella in the center, then fold dough over the cheese and pinch edges to seal.

Place the filled biscuits seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly.

In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, parsley, and Italian seasoning. Brush the mixture over the tops of the prepared biscuits.

Bake for 12–15 minutes until biscuits are golden brown and puffed. Optionally, sprinkle with grated Parmesan immediately after baking.

Serve warm to enjoy the gooey melted cheese center.
