Chop 3–5 apples (depending on juicer type), then juice them. Alternatively, blend chopped apples with up to ½ cup water and strain through a fine sieve or nut milk bag.

Immediately mix the fresh apple juice with the lime juice to prevent oxidation and flavor loss.

Whisk in spirulina powder if using, or blend briefly to combine evenly.

Pour in sparkling spring water and stir gently. Adjust the quantity to achieve desired flavor intensity.

Pour the mixture into glasses and garnish with lime or apple slices. Coat apple slices with citrus juice to prevent browning.
